In addition to acting in films, Nazriya also became a popular television anchor, hosting a music reality show on Asianet called "Munch Star Singer." Her charming screen presence and natural talent as a host further increased her popularity

In 2014, Nazriya made her debut in the Tamil film industry with "Vaayai Moodi Pesavum," which was well-received. She continued to balance her career between Malayalam and Tamil cinema, taking on diverse roles that highlighted her acting range. After a brief hiatus from acting following her marriage to actor Fahadh Faasil in 2014, Nazriya made a successful comeback with the film "Koode" (2018), directed by Anjali Menon.
