Born in México City, Nicolás de Jesús is an independent filmmaker and screenwritter.

Main director for the WN's independent studio, their filmography is based prominently on suspense and familiar drama framed by the horror and the suppernatural, as its shown in their first production The Burial in 2015. Despite his own statements of lacking of quality above all their productions, his 2016's short film, Valencia, based on a popular urban legend and filmed in one take, give him the opportunity to expand his abilities as director with more confidence due to online critical acclaim. In 2018 he directs his first feature film, Ensurance Trap, with a screenplay from his own and inspired by Alfred Hitcock's Psycho, with mid-warming reception. In college, he direct a few segments in some assignments, parallel to their own short film releases, that includes Valencia's sequel, Asturias, and start writting another scripts for full-length films. In 2020, he directs The Ghost Story, a mockumentary based on their own experiences involving growing up, but the film hasn't been released yet. To 2021, due to a mental crisis, he stop working on films until 2024, when he announces his comeback with his second feature film, Nicolás de Jesús' Now You See Me... and as well, The Ghost Story.
