Trung To is a Vietnamese-American actor. He attended San Diego State University where he studied television, film, and new media with an emphasis on production. To is best known for his collaborations with Twice Removed Productions and MineCo Pictures. He is the older brother of filmmakers and actors, Davis To and Elvis To.
