Harrison Magid

Harrison Magid is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and editor based in Los Angeles, CA. He has written and directed several short films, including WINDOW TO THE SOUL, NOSEBLEED, and NARCOLEPT.

His latest feature-length screenplay, a supernatural horror film based on the case files of parapsychologist Dr. Barry E. Taff, is being produced by Fast Carrier Productions under the working title THE LAB.

He enjoys writing in a multitude of genres. His five previous screenplays include coming-of-age story ELEMENTARY, crime thriller BURGLARS, the ghostly dramedy UNFINISHED BUSINESS, body horror extravaganza NEUROTIC, and an adaptation of the popular action video game, HOTLINE MIAMI.

In addition, he is currently helming THE HALLOWEEN SOCIETY UNMASKED, a documentary chronicling the monster mask-maker collective "The Halloween Society" from its inception in 1983 to its continuing impact today.
