Chrisette Michele was born on December 8, 1982 in Central Islip, New York, USA. She is an actress and R&B singer, she made her acting debut in 2021 starring in VH1's original Christmas movie "Miracle Across 125th Street". In 2009 she won a Grammy Award for Best Urban/Alternative Performance for her song "Be OK".
