Tuanny Araujo

Tuanny Araujo is an actress, playwright, and director. Holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Performing Arts from the University of Brasília (UnB), she works in both theatre and film. In the theatre scene, she is the co-founder of Grupo Embaraça, a Black Theatre collective based in Brasília. In film, she was awarded Best Actress at the 58th Festival de Brasília do Festival Brasileiro. Her acting portfolio includes over 15 films, ranging from short to feature-length projects, with several already released and others currently in post-production.
