Saanve Meghana
Saanve Megghana (also known as Saanve Mandumula) is an Indian actress and model who works predominantly in Telugu and Tamil cinema. Born on September 12, 1997, in Hyderabad, Telangana, to Vamshi Kishore and Padma Mandumula, she completed her schooling at Bhavan's Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya, Secunderabad, and graduated from St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad. Deeply passionate about dance and performing arts, she initially appeared in short roles and uncredited campus shoots during her college days before transitioning into mainstream cinema. She made her initial on-screen appearances in 2019 with a role in the rural comedy *Bilalpur Police Station* and a brief appearance in Surender Reddy's historical epic *Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy*.
Megghana achieved widespread critical acclaim and major digital breakthrough portraying the spirited rural protagonist Ramula in Tharun Bhascker's segment of Netflix's first Telugu anthology film *Pitta Kathalu* (2021). Her natural Telangana dialect, comedic timing, and expressive performance earned immediate recognition across South Indian film circles. She followed this with a cameo appearance in *Most Eligible Bachelor* (2021) and played the key supporting role of short film actress Rekha in Damodara's comedy thriller *Pushpaka Vimanam* (2021) alongside Anand Deverakonda. She further showcased her emotional range headlining the ZEE5 slice-of-life drama *Prema Vimanam* (2023) as Abhitha.
Expanding her footprint across industries, Megghana made her Tamil cinema debut portraying Vennila in Rajeswar Kalisamy's family comedy-drama *Kudumbasthan* (2025) opposite Manikandan, drawing positive reviews for her performance. The same year, she starred as Shilpa in Supreeth C. Krishna's Telugu fantasy comedy *Tuk Tuk* (2025) and featured in the hit Tamil music video "Vizhi Veekura" composed by Sai Abhyankkar.
