Vladimir Zolotar

Born: 1973-02-13 • Leningrad, Russian SFSR, USSR [now St. Petersburg, Russia]

Professional director. In 1996 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of Theater Arts (the course of the famous theatrical teacher and director Gennady Rafailovich Trostyanetsky).

Worked in the theater "Cosmopolitan" actor.

Laureate of the St. Petersburg Theater Award "Theatral-2000" in the nomination "For a bright director's debut".

The founder of the St. Petersburg Theater Mikhail Chekhov and one of the co-founders of the Union of Right Theaters of Russia. The owner of the Grand Prix and the Diploma for the best direction of the IV International Theater Festival of Chamber Performances (Republic of Karelia, 2002). Laureate of the Award "For artistic search" of the Third Interregional Theater Festival "Siberian Transit" (Omsk, 2003).
