Filantropen (2012)

A terrifying and brutal virus has wiped out large parts of the Earth's population. Three childhood friends, Erik, Petter, and Sara, are among the few survivors trying to survive in a world filled with danger. They hear rumors of a vaccine that has been developed further north, but run into trouble when they encounter an underground baron who has his own agenda for the vaccine. On top of everything else, bloodthirsty carriers of the virus are lurking around in the attic.
