Mutant Vampire Zombies from the 'Hood! (2010)

MUTANT VAMPIRE ZOMBIES FROM THE 'HOOD! follows an unlikely group of inner-city survivors who fight to flee a city now free of gang-bangers, but infested with blood-sucking, sex-starved zombies instead.
