Hello Ralph! (1975)

Dima and Rita, along with the children from their group, run away from kindergarten in search of a "parrot dog." No one believes that a dog named Ralph can talk. While searching for Ralph and his owner, a circus performer, the children overcome many obstacles and have unforgettable adventures in the big city.
