The First 69 (2007)

The most important part of a sex crime investigation occurs in the first 69 minutes where witness statements and data collection is important. These cops under the direction of Commander Spanky take it literally by giving up their wet mouths and tight holes to these twinky sex fiends. It's all about The First 69.
