Iphis/Ianthe (2014)

A modern retelling of Ovid's myth with silent visuals set to music: segments of opera and rap quoting his poetry alongside jazz instrumentals. It tells the story of a girl raised as a boy, who falls in love with another girl and longs to become a man.
