The 13th Year (1999)

It’s December 25, 2026. As Holly turns 13, she realizes her "Christmas Miracle" powers are changing. She can now manifest anything she draws in her sketchbook into the real world. She must use this to stop a "Digital Glitch" from erasing her family's memories.
