Chamunda (1999)

Samri, a ruthless killer, terrorizes the kingdom of Pratap Singh before murdering the ruler's daughter and being executed. Before his death, he vows revenge, returning years later as a ghost seeking his severed head to destroy Pratap Singh's descendants.
