The Assassins Part 2 (1998)

Someone has hired three killers to capture and murder sets of twins one by one. Christine Cavalier, Vanessa Carlton, and Deana play the sets of twins destined to die a gruesome death. Terri Lewandowski plays the lone non-twin who mistakenly lets one of the killers in her house when he tells her she’s won a contest.
