Groper Train: Interconnected (1986)

Murazawa molests Noriko on a crowded train, but she steals his wallet. He catches Noriko and takes her to the police, but she turns out to be the wife of the detective who interrogated him. Saeki molests Nozomi, a police officer, and makes the excuse that it was love at first sight. The two start dating, but Saeki's wife and Nozomi are best friends.
