Lotto 6/66 (2006)

In LOTTO 6/66, a down on his luck Wretch is offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to win a million dollars from a government sponsored lottery program. To claim his prize the participant must test the limits of his morality and discover how far into his own personal abyss he's willing to go in order to get rich quick. And so begins a treacherous journey in which nothing is what it seems and the shortcut to untold fortune is paved with blood.
